In Ukraine, the right of individuals – citizens to housing is constitutionally enshrined, which can be realized both by purchasing such an object civil relations in ownership and use. As today, issues providing for Ukraine have become particularly acute due fact that many them lost it criminal war against our state. These especially relevant declaration state as a social state, because under conditions, must help its acquire rights this category property. For some reason, most common basis acquiring contract itself, remains unique means regulating legal European private law.
 The concept provided number normative acts various levels force, among which, course, Civil Code Housing occupy special place. Affordable built those being with support, residential buildings (complexes) apartments. State support construction affordable consists payment 30 percent cost (purchase) and/or provision preferential mortgage loan.
 Contracts purchase are sales contracts, is, they belong group transactions on transfer property into ownership.
